After the successful onboarding of over a hundred and fifty applicants to the pre-fellowship session of cohort 4, Tiidelab finally takes their prospective students to the next stage where they can exercise their skills and knowledge acquired thus far.

It is important, to take into consideration the rigorous exercises these students have passed through, Knowing that Tiidelab has a reputaion for excellence and quality performance in whatever field you are set in, hence the expection placed upon these students cannot be overlooked, as in the past events of this pre-fellowship program a lot of participants have fallen off track due to poor performance, which could possibly imply that the 'best of the best' are now left to showcase their skills in the subject of website design cum development.

We should note further that prior to this stage their facilitator had taked due time to explain the pros and cons of the program, of which they have had dual "soft skill" classes to develop their other non-tech related skill and be able to understand and balance the relationship between their career and work life respectively.
